Depending on the type of services you are looking for, the prices won't be the same.
For instance, if you are looking to hire a full-service designer who will come to your house, create custom furniture for you, install everything themselves in your house…, the price will be way higher because your project will requires tens of hours of work.
On the other hand, an e-designer who builds a selection for you, but doesn't actually come and install it in your home will be able to offer you lower prices.
But let's talk about Design by Anaïs!
These are my main 2 offers:
Home Design Magic
If you need a full-room design:
- If you have a one-function space (like a bedroom or a dining room): it’s a 1700$ fee for the whole room
- If you have a multi-function space (like a living area that also includes the dining room, or a bedroom that also serves as a WFH office): it’s a 1900$ for the whole room
If you don't need a full-room design, or your project is smaller (corner of a space only, accessories only, small rooms like a bathroom reno): the price is 950$ for the whole project
Custom package:
This option is usually when Home Design Magic is not the best fit (smaller project, trip included, important renovations…)
In that case, I create a package just for you. After asking you a few questions, I will give you an estimated pricing.

You might opt for more affordable brands like Target, Wayfair, or IKEA, which could allow you to redo an entire bedroom for around $3500, including both furniture and accessories. Once your order is received, I will provide you with a personal board containing a brief video outlining the process and everything you'll need to prepare. While it's not mandatory, we usually schedule a call before our official start date to discuss your design aspirations in more detail.
After our initial discussion, I dive into crafting the perfect layout for your apartment or house. Next, I meticulously curate a selection of furniture and accessories, including rugs, lighting, decor, pillows, and wall art, tailored specifically to your space.
Once the selections are finalized, I create your deliverables, which include:
3D renderings of the room
A clickable shopping list featuring all the items from your selection (furniture + accessories)
A detailed layout plan outlining where each piece will be placed in your space
Installation and styling guidelines to assist you in setting up and styling your new pieces
Depending on the scope of the project, you can expect to receive everything within 7-10 business days. Throughout the process, my goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, guiding you through each step to bring your design vision to life.

I don’t need you to be a local to work together.
My process was specifically designed to be done 100% remotely.
Actually, fun fact, even if I have a lot of clients in Philly, I only get to see 10% of my project in real life!
So being out of Philadelphia is not a problem at all!
