Just a clear, personalized layout, delivered in one week.
Step 1 — You purchase your spot
Spots are limited to 2 per month, so once you reach out and we confirm your spot is available, you're in.
Step 2 — You fill out your questionnaire + send me your floor plan
A detailed questionnaire so I can understand exactly how you live in your space (your lifestyle, your needs, what's driving you crazy right now). Plus photos of your current space and your floor plan.
Step 3 — I do my thing 🪄
I build your layout from scratch, thoughtfully designed around your specific space and the way you actually live.
Step 4 — You receive your complete Layout Magic result
Within one week of your project start date, you receive:
- 2D + 3D views of your space, so you can visualize exactly how it'll look in real life
- Exact dimensions for every single piece (sofa size, rug dimensions, artwork placement, all of it)
- A personalized video walkthrough where I take you through every decision I made and why

I'll work with what you have, and if something isn't serving your space, I'll tell you what size or shape to look for when you're ready to replace it.
Not at all. It doesn't need to look pretty. Hand-drawn, off-scale, done on a napkin, I genuinely don't mind!
What matters is that the measurements are accurate and detailed (walls, windows, doors, and any fixed structural elements like an AC unit or intercom). When you purchase your spot, I'll send you my floor plan guide so you know exactly what to measure and how.
Once we confirm your spot, I'll give you your official start date.
I'll need your floor plan, photos, and questionnaire at least 2 business days before that date. This gives me time to review everything and flag anything I need clarified before we kick off.
The one week countdown starts on your project start date, not from purchase.
Investment: $750 (early bird price, increasing soon)
